Days and Time
The BHS After School Program begins on Monday, October 4th. After school activities will
run daily from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Students attending a program that concludes at 4:30pm are
free to join another activity until 5:30pm or self-dismiss.

Getting to After School
At the conclusion of the school day, students should proceed directly to the activity of their
choosing, no pre registration is required. Students are required to sign in each day for each
activity in which they participate.

Pickup
Students are required to stay for the duration of a program (4:30pm or 5:30pm). If picking
up a student, families should coordinate pickup outside of the school building at these
times. Students will be dismissed out of the main entrance on Baltic Street. In the event
that early pickup is needed, families should inform school safety at the main desk, who will
alert a member of the administrative team.

Safety Protocols
All DOE safety procedures and CDC guidelines will be adhered to for all after school
programs. Mask wearing is required for all staff and students.
A member of the BHS Leadership Team is available for the duration of each day of after
